Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-04

1. Acceptance

OutboundOS is a sales inbox and CRM operated by OutboundLeads. By accessing or using OutboundOS you agree to these Terms. If you are using OutboundOS on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on that organization’s behalf.

2. The service

OutboundOS lets authorized users triage email replies, send email from their own connected Gmail account, manage contacts and companies, and book meetings on their own Google Calendar. Access is currently invite-only (private beta) and may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. You agree to use OutboundOS only for lawful outbound sales communication that complies with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws, and not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.

4. Your data and Google account

When you connect a Google account, you authorize OutboundOS to send email on your behalf and manage your calendar events as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings → Connectors or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

OutboundOS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutboundLeads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to OutboundOS at any time. You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Questions? Contact leon@outboundleads.io.
