Who we are

OutboundOS is a sales inbox and CRM operated by OutboundLeads. It is used by OutboundLeads and its clients to manage cold-email replies, send follow-up email, and book meetings. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at leon@outboundleads.io.

Google user data we access

When you connect your Google account, you grant OutboundOS specific, limited permissions. We request only what the features you use require:

• Send email on your behalf (Gmail — gmail.send): used only to send the replies, follow-ups, and meeting confirmation/reminder emails that you trigger inside OutboundOS. We do not read the contents of your Gmail inbox, and we do not request any Gmail read permission.
• Manage your calendar (Google Calendar — calendar.events): used to read your availability (free/busy) and to create, update, and cancel the meeting events you book through OutboundOS, including adding a Google Meet link and inviting attendees.
• Basic profile (openid, email, profile): used to sign you in and identify your account.

How we use, store, and share this data

We use Google user data solely to provide the features above. To do so we store the OAuth tokens needed to act on your behalf, and records of the meetings you book and messages you send through OutboundOS. We do not copy or store the contents of your Gmail mailbox.

We do not sell your data, transfer it to third parties for advertising, use it for credit or lending decisions, or use it to train generalized AI/ML models. We do not allow humans to read your Google data except with your explicit consent, for security or abuse investigations, or where required by law.

Limited Use disclosure

OutboundOS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting your data

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Connectors inside OutboundOS, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of the data we hold about you, email leon@outboundleads.io.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
